Those that abuse the "leave" days makes it really difficult for those who don't to turn a blind eye.

so trus it is a fact that people misuse this right, but then we need people to keep the dicipline inside thir own ranks.... not only does they cheat the firm if the cheat on this right but they undermine the right for everyone...
