Ruffalo doesn't know if he's in the movie - he just knows what RDJ has told him. (Mark Ruffalo wouldn't lie to us, would he?

Thor isn't in the movie.

I suppose Widow could be on Tony's side (guilt about her past = we need to be controlled) but the last Captain America movie set her up for exactly the opposite.

I expect the same as you for Spider-Man, just because of storyline in the comics.

The others that we know are in the movie are Scarlet Witch (doesn't seem like she would be on the "control me" side), Ant-Man (as you say), Red Hulk (TBD) and Black Panther (independent) - leaving only War Machine and Vision with Tony.
