Are there companies that actually give people with kids more sick days than people without?

because I've never heard of that. We have 10 sick days to use either for your own sick or for your family if it comes up. I used a couple for David's surgery last year.

If there's a discrepancy, yeah, it sucks. But if people have x number of sick days to use for either one, I don't see the big deal.
