yep - I get it

my SIL had a surgical jaw procedure last Fall that required her to blend food for several months while her jaw healed (it was a life changing procedure - she had suffered TMJ and Migraines for many years) - and now she is 100% - but the blended meals - including thanksgiving - were just a challenge. the flavor was there - but textural qualities suffered.

she had a LOT of blended soups - like split pea and stuff ... surprisingly, a local deli's pot pies blended into a really tasty option ... but even then - you get tired of the same stuff all the time

I hope that pasta with Sunday gravy is still an option - even though the pasta is prolly cooked more than you would like for it to be an easy chew
