Nah. She died 3 days later--likely connected only by the fact that she was in jail as a result of what looks like an illegal arrest.

Not as a result of the stop/arrest--there would have to be probable cause that he then separately murdered her at the jail.

If she during the booking interview that she was suicidal, it seems kind of negligent to put a trash bag in the cell, and not do the visual checks

Yes or in this case where a false arrest would cause a rebound of depression which then causes suicide.
