Nah. She died 3 days later--likely connected only by the fact that she was in jail as a result of what looks like an illegal arrest.

She shouldn't have been there in the first place, but that's a civil claim.

Not as a result of the stop/arrest--there would have to be probable cause that he then separately murdered her at the jail.
