Doubt it's related, cause the word on the street with the other case is that it was a botched batch of "pot" cupcakes. the kids didn't like the taste and tossed them over the fence

I know chocolate is bad for dogs, but a roommates dog ate ridiculous amounts of chocolate and never had any problems. - ceregon Mar 27, 11:41 1
