That the OBs suck. That they will find *any* reason to do a c-section.

That making it easier for themselves is more important than making it easier for the patient, and if that means putting the patient through the wringer (metaphorically) and putting them under the knife (literally) means they get to go home at 5, then they'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.
