no meaty essence in the three that I saw in quick skimming (truffle has some duck and chicken fat, though), but they worked some jellybellyesque magic to get some flavors.

I nabbed truffle, it has a wee bit of black truffle in it. actually does taste truffley, pretty good.

going to save half to take to my middle sister to try on saturday. (Mom won't be able to taste it, she has some anosmia/taste loss.)
