he pulls his gun and shoots the punk. gets charged and convicted of manslaughter for the same defence that cops use.
the incident happened btw thanksgiving and xmas, this working daddy saw christmas being stolen (having to buy a car would certainly put a hole in the holiday budget.)
the punks father even testified for the guy, his kid was a drug addicted shit since 12 with a long list of crimes and assaults.
