Based on his post game conference, Terry Collins didn't know anything was happening until really late in the game.

and pinch hit for him without knowing all the details.
Supposedly:
Flores bats, gets big ovation from crowd. After he grounds out, he goes into clubhouse. Likely checks phone and sees news that he's been traded. Not taken out of game, he gets super emotional, understandably so. Collins still doesn't have all facts but suspects something is up, removes him from game in bottom of the 9th after Duda homers. Tells Wright to speak to him, Wright (and Cuddyer) take him into clubhouse in 9th inning.
Tomorrow will be...awkward.
