So Jon Voight's character commits a crime (murdering a Congressman) in effort to pass counter terrorism legislation to dramatically expands the surveillance powers of intelligence agencies on individuals and groups.
Just flashed up on the screen with that character's birth date and his birthday is September 11th. What are the odds? Well, they're 1 in 365 but it's less fun that way.
