If you're in FAA airspace... your drone shouldn't be flying in the first place, but it nonetheless protected by FAA regulations and you can't be shot down. Shooting it down is a federal crime.
If it's below FAA airspace, keep your fucking drone off other people's property.
Finally, if it's not over your property, don't fucking shoot the drone.
