That area is called Perry's. When I first started going it was a small tent and now is an area that holds 10,000 people and is always crowded. The

EDM dj's are really taking over the place. They've expanded beyond Perry's to the other stages as well which I'm really not happy about. It is a very young festival and getting younger as they skew towards that music. I read that the average age at Lollapalooza is 10 years younger than Austin City Limits. I do think they really do an exceptional job of running the festival. Managing a crowd of 100,000 people efficiently.
