People don't understand how my ex and I can be friendly. We go to lunch or dinner occasionally, not often. We text occasionally and share funny stuff -- (edited)

on Facebook. It weirds people out sometimes. And my current GF is a little weirded out by it.
But, it is what it is. We didn't end on bad terms and we were together for a long time. It was just time to move on kind of thing.
Point being, there is nothing wrong with being cordial or friendly with an ex in my opinion. Unless it causes you not to be able to move on.
