We call it "lead." And there was a (not so) surprise evauation by my manager afterwards. Passed with flying colors, you could say. One trick is to communicate your needs always and then allow other people to make you look good. And there is such a sense of teamwork at this place that makes this easy. It's easy for leads to take credit for things because it's easy to give credit to deserving people... we do it over walkie talkie. No really, our chatter can be a real love fest sometimes...
Oh, what did I actually do today? Usher scout... cleaning theaters between screenings.
