It really looked like Lou Malnati's from the picture that Remlik posted and the chocolate chip pizza is their signature dessert.

I wonder if it's someone that worked there and then went out on their own. Sorry that it didn't work out.
And yeah, always ALWAYS share a Chicago style pizza :)
