In a perfect world a candidate would be able to turn the tables on hecklers and put them in their place.

I think it sucks that to some this will make Sanders look racist.
But I don't care who the protesters are - Jon Stewart or victims of Bill Cosby at one of his speeches - interrupting a scheduled/invited speech is never okay and it's perfectly reasonable for the person, regardless of party or ideology, to throw up their hands and walk out.
