And Day 2 of Stockton Con is in the books! Highlights were meeting Honky Tonk Man, Victoria (WWE), Derek Mears, and Richard Hatch.

Also net to Richard Hatch's BSG panel which was very interesting.
Derek Mears was very cool, too. He's been in a shit tonne of stuff that I didn't even realize; I knew he was Jason in the latest Friday the 13th, but he's also been in Hansel & Gretel, Sleepy Hollow (TV), Grimm, Chuck, and was in MiBII, to name a few. And unlike all the others, he didn't charge for photos, and insisted that we take a picture with Ashlee and the kids, too, after we took our picture together (Koko B aware did the same for us yesterday). Got to talk to him for a good 10 minutes about all the shows he'd done.
The Richard Hatch panel was very interesting too. Talked about both versions of BSG (he preferred the latest because he found his character more interesting), and how he'd worked to get another BSG show going, with a lot of the old cast, set 30 years in the future, before the latest incarnation came to be. Fascinating stuff, really.
The only disappointment of the show was Ken Shamrock, who for some reason didn't bring any damn 8x10s to sign. WTF man?
Still, for a small convention, Stockton Con is a blast!
