I really wonder if the pros outweigh the cons. Seeing it happen here and in other neighborhoods doesn't lead me to think it's good for anyone

but those with money. The poors that are left behind can't even afford to go food shopping in their neighborhoods when the KeyFood becomes Whole Foods. And if the poors have to move then they're even further from where they work.
It hurts the lower class so much that I can't see the upside being worth it. There needs to be a middle ground where the neighborhoods are improved but not at the expensive of the lower class.
