However, I am pointing out that I don't recall seeing shooting, looting, tear gas, rubber bullets, or anything of the like during daylight hour in Ferguson (last year or this year) unless I am recalling incorrectly.
That could change of course, that risk always exists. Risk free life doesn't exist as long as we are alive.
