the chief of police has been replaced? The city manager has been replaced? 2/3 of the City council have been replaced?

Officers are being let go and hired?

Did you know that of all the top people involved in the area this time last year, only the mayor remains? And did you know that 2 recall attempts have been made and yet he's still the mayor?

If you knew all of this...then I take back the media comment.
