When murders by cops don't move the needle for change, being hassled by bad cops probably isn't.

the thing is, for the segment of the populace that believes cops are good, Michael Brown attacking one means he got what he merited. To a degree, I don't disagree. You attack a cop, you're putting your fate in his shaky irrational hands.
There are a lot of cases to rally around with the black lives matter, and changing the tide...given the volume of voices in the movement, there's PR that needs to happen.
1) root out the systemic bad cops
1a) condemn the looters
Because if people are rallying for a dead kid, doing it violently isn't going to sway anyone of note.
