Lucky. I prefer to think of some people as having a proverbial black cloud over them.

my dad is that way. he's an OK enough guy, but man, bad/odd shit is always happening to him.
(He does bring some on himself, but he's just one of those people that never really gets the "wow" good luck stuff.)
