*sigh* I'm fluctuating between 195 and 199 lbs but exercise doesn't impact it at all.

Only by reducing my caloric intake do I see any measurable impact, and I feel I'm already down too low. Yet my metabolism numbers are sky high. I don't know what's left for me to do.
