I agree with this on an anecdotal basis. I'm pretty sure that I lost more weight stress non-eating after the breakup. The regular running just kind

of maintained it.

Though I wasn't exactly tracking my weight last year so the data is non-existent.

I believe that at a certain point significant exercise will actually cause one to gain weight as one becomes trimmer but hopefully more muscular.
