I had a horrible dream last night that I had cancer in my back.

It was strangely detailed. It was Christmas and I was going to India to have an operation and I had written letters to all my loved ones and made arrangements in case I didn't come back.
Then I dreamt I was Denzel in Virtuosity. Then I dreamt I was going to a San Diego Chargers game. So all around a pretty horrible night.
