we see horror movies about stuff being done live on the internet or whatnot...but to see actual murders with a guy basically live-blogging the event...in addition to the fact of it being live on tv...regardless of the personal connections amongst the killer and victims.

I can't help but think we've opened up a new realm of 'notority/celebrity' with this morning's events and this could easily be the first of many events like this.
