no, but they keep being told that there will be a plane. New tickets are going for well over a $1000 each to get people back to NY or Toronto.

plenty of people have got them - but it's also high season, not every plane has seats.
believe me, people are desperate.
a travel agent posted yesterday that he had clients pay $7000 to get home - they got Business Class seats because that's all there was.
