Late 90's early 00's. Somewhere around there.

The great thing about the fedex deadline was that if you missed it you had a whole extra day to work on stuff. Now it doesn't matter how late it is,

People also tended to negotiate the documents a lot less back then. Actually focused on the points that mattered rather than negotiating for the sake

Marker and a ruler. You couldn't show the deleted text. You just put a carat to reflect that it was deleted. I could actually bill for that time.
