What a difference a day or two made. I went to Budapest Keleti train station Sunday to buy a ticket.

Some migrants were camped around (taxi driver had mentioned the night before) and there were a couple of police at the main entrance, but that's about it.

Today (after the temporary shutdown yesterday), there were news vans and news crews everywhere, and riot police in a line along the front steps of the building, which was closed eo entry/egress. There were several cops manning the side entrance where you could enter. (They didn't ask for my passport but then I guess I don't look like I come from Syria, Iraq, or Afghanistan, etc)
