So sad. A picture hit news services today (warning: disturbing) and front page of at least one paper of the body of a toddler on a Turkish beach.

He and several others drowned trying to reach Greece from Syria. This is apparently not uncommon as many of the 'vessels' folks are fleeing on are not seaworthy.
