they do let you connect to the last thingie, if you want to; and they do have a queue feature that shows the last 50 songs (at least on the desktop version) that you've listened to. I looked at their suggestions board a while back, and I saw they said that they had considered doing more with history, making it more usable, but it was on hold/shelved for the time being. I hope they're still considering it/act on that, as it'd be great.
what I miss a lot, history-wise, is that they used to let you see more than one song of what followed people had been listening to, from right on the main screen.
unfortunately, their "recent artists" offerings on profiles is not accurate/current. (for example, for me, mine currently shows that my last listened to artist is ryan adams - I haven't listened to anything from him all day - dozens and dozens of others played since my last of him.) artists aren't as good/interesting as individual songs, though, for many.
all that said, for me, though, it's easy to see a big chunk of what I listen to - my "b. now" list is the one I play the most* (the last ~20 songs on it are duplicates - my way of having them come up more frequently); and I check-out the entire "new music friday" playlist every week. :) -
*while awake. my sleepy list gets a lot of use when not so alert or trying not to be. (I do let it go on sometimes when I'm puttering on weekends, but mostly it's around/during what should be sleepytime.)
