I read about that back when it happened, around easter, iirc. it was pretty bad and she had to have skin grafts, but I never saw anything about how

she fell onto one on her forearm/if they had something she tripped/slipped on that made her go over the countertop around the grill or something. that story doesn't say either. weird.
