there were more and more lag issues with Halo 4 than with Halo 3.

Destiny had a lot of the same issues CofD had and Black Ops.

When you start dealind with hundreds of weapon perks and ability variants, there are bound to be glitches and "cheats" people find to exploit the combinations that work the best.
