Shannon and Carmen Wampler-Collins who successfully received their marriage license from the deputy clerk Rowan County this morning. Coward Kim Davis sat inside her office with the blinds closed. A Rowan Co. Sheriff's deputy stands guard outside her office (more tax payer's money spent on Kim Davis) while a preacher was allowed to spew hate in an anti-gay sermon, telling this beautiful couple that their love and marriage was not valid while they applied for their marriage license! Oh, how Christian! This should be a beautiful day and I want all of us here to congratulate Shannon & Carmen, showing them that LOVE WINS and has WON! Rowan County Deputy Clerks have said they will issue licenses without Kim Davis' name on them. Instead, the licenses will state that they were issued “under order of federal judge.” And Davis will continue to collect a paycheck while she fights the law and hides in her office!!!
