I have an unpaid speeding ticket in Pennsylvania. I was 16 and when it came in the mail, my dad told me - "that's outrageous - we're not paying it"

so ... I didn't ... and I haven't driven a car in the State ever since.
It really wasn't fair ... my sister was sleeping in the back seat and left me to drive the up and down hills on the turnpike and this big truck was speeding down on me and I had to go faster so he wouldn't hit me.
I got ticketed - not the truck.
