I relooked at the menu - the pan fried rabbit appetizer, stuffed pork chops and I think SM had the beef tenders with debris

I dish is the blackened drum. Ermehgerd!!! Carrie really likes the flounder - which doesn't appear to be on the menu.

what is drum? my former southern belle GF liked grouper (never saw this on the west coast) I think Kpaul invented 'blackened" so that would be a star -- nm

Drum is a nice flaky white fish. And I don't know if Chef Prudhomme invented blackening...but he most definitely mastered it. And...there it is...
