It's another neighbor Boston is apparently making out of nothing.

They created the "Seaport District" and now "Assembly Row". It's a massive complex and it's not even complete. It has the newest movie theater.
My organizations IT operations are moving there in '17 so I had to go down there eventually. The building is literally being built around the subway stop. It's a hoping neighborhood.
