My comment was more in general...but speaking to this...who's to say that 15 seconds before that video started the kid didn't take a swing at the cop?

I'm not saying he did...but if he had...the cop's actions can be seen a little different.

Further...when a cop has you down...STOP STRUGGLING! Never under any circumstance does that ever work for you. Just sayin'
