There's no evidence that he's a competent Presidential campaigner.

And there's no chance Obama endorses him; not when Hillary is legitimately a force. If Biden loses, Obama's chosen gets beaten; and the President just did not endorse the party's nominee. Obama sits it out and then backs the party nominee.
