ST POLL: You have rented a hall for a wedding. What if any amenities and customer service do you expect?.....

We hosted a wedding this weekend which went very well but there is a discussion in our office about what we (amenities and customer service) should provide any future similar types of events.
Please remember that my workplace is a campground and retreat centre and that may factor into your thoughts.
