I think it varies wildly from venue to venue and is certainly a way to differentiate yourself. -- (edited)

Fundamentally if I were booking a wedding venue I would expect there to be audio capabilities for at the very least a microphone but also potentially for a band/DJ.
Chairs and tables in various formations, set up and clean up are mandatory. How they are dressed would be up to the customer.
Adequate restroom space compared to the capacity of the space is mandatory as well.
I'd also expect that there would be an infrastructure for decorations, like framework for lighting, etc. Our venue was partnered with a lighting company that just kept their stuff there full time. They were basically our only choice to hire.
Parking service?
Food/Bar requirements. So find out what caterers expect when they show up. Maybe a refrigerated area, maybe nothing.
