I made this pork dish for dinner tonight. I'm not a huge pork fan, so I can't believe I'm saying that this is one of the best meals I've had in months

The recipe calls for making gravy with the leftover juices. I didn't find it necessary. I used the juices as they were and the whole dish was so delicious.

I'm sure you could use any cut. Actually, it would have been great shredded and mixed with the juices, like pulled pork. -- nm
