adding my complaint about the at&t site - I paid my cell bill just fine, but they are making me create a new id to pay my home (shh!) bill.

saying everyone needs an "access i.d." for their accounts.

I have used the same i.d. for 3 different at&t accounts over the years (one turned into comcast); and the same one for this account since august 2002 (I had a note in quicken, transferred from ms money).

they won't let me use that i.d. for the new beast. boo!

giving preference to someone with my name who has their e-mail, maybe? boo!
