people who, even in that piece, are misinformed about gluten, and the companies who market products at a premium and falling right in line with that misinfo. are what bug me a lot.
it's awesome there are so many products now for people who really can't have it, though; so there's that on the positive side.
I can just limit; but I had a boss who was really actively allergic to wheat, and finding things for him for gatherings and such even 10 years ago was way harder than it would be now. (gluten-free doesn't necessarily mean completely wheat free, but there's a lot more wheat-free because of the trend.)
