I've never heard of thermal curtains but now I'm intrigued. My bedroom is rather cold in the winter. Do they make a version that are sound proof? ;-)

I need to look into these. I've been putting bubble wrap on my windows which has helped but looks ridiculous.
Seriously, I need someone to make something that will silence the outside world without me having to buy new windows.
