To be clear, I didn't want any response. I complained about some b.s. on Twitter,, because Twitter is basically about venting about b.s.

Chevy cust serv wants to engage me about it? ST talked me into responding. What they did was act like a phone book. Problem with your dealership? Here, let me have them call you. WTF? If I wanted to confront them about how they treated me, I would have confronted me about how they treated me! The dealership can account for themselves to Chevy and then Chevy can explain it to me. But I have no desire to speak to the thieving thieves myself.
What are they going to do? Admit to it? Apologize profusely? Explain how I'm wrong? None of this is a compelling reason in my book to speak to the same people who tried to take my money.
