i think its the idea that bungie is going to move from large expansions to smaller, more condensed updates.

like say next month, there is suddenly an influx of fallen showing up on a planet. Cayde provides a short Quest line, which has you run through maybe 4-5 missions, 1 or 2 might be "new" using some of the current places, but in a different order/method or something.
