It's pretty weak, but there is still a chance it could make you feel yucky. (Most common side effects would be more like cold symptoms as opposed to the full blown flu)
Google indicates that the most is generally used with kids, but N has had flu shots every year since he was born and he's only been given the shots, so I really don't know much about the mist.
